The World Summit on the Information Society
is one of the grand UN summits, and its peculiarity is that its occurs
in two phases.

The WSIS is going to be closed by
the Tunis Summit , 16 to 18 November 2005.
Civil Society
Parallel Events are scheduled in the
Parc des Expositions du Kram.
( check also those pictures
and the site of the host country ).
As in Geneva, the Civil Society
Parallel Events should benefit
from the free allowance of equiped conference rooms.
We shall examin how to make the coordination for a "Digital Arts" event
within the framework of an umbrella projet whose request has been made before
the April 30 deadline.
