Speakers in the thematic sessions, the organization and drafting session, may bring their presentations on an USB key or a CD. Speakers may also bring their own portable computers. Internet connection (wire) is available in the conference hall for speakers. Speakers are requested to register, and kindly asked ( though not obliged ) to contribute to the proceedings. Considering the very short time delay, no first time disclosure presentations are requested, however it is kindly asked from authors to have a customized welcome page in reference of the Arts & Sciences event, if possible.

Artists may contribute in different ways :

• as Speakers in all sessions ( see above ), mostly on Saturday 9 July for the Thematic Session : Digital Arts in the Information Society and the Organization Session concerning the coordination of proposals from various Artists in order to build a joint proposal for the parallel events at the World Summit on the Information Society to be held in Tunis in November 2005.
• as Exhibitors in the permanent display ( 4 - 10 July ) in the entrance and hallways at ENSTA
• while making Digital arts multimedia presentations on Sunday 10 July afternoon at ENSTA in the conference hall. Standard video, musical, and computer equipments, as well as internet access will be available. Technicians ( music / video / network ) will be there. Video recording will be made, and Internet streaming is under study.
