SCALABLE FINANCIAL RESSOURCES : The UNMSP should be able to support itself after a minimal initial financial input from the states members the UN system.

• Small contributions yearly from states & UN system.
• Obligatory or volunteer yearly contributions from family-based conferences
• Obligatory yearly contributions from each endorsed MSP. This ressource which is going to scale with the success of the Organization should become the main financial ressource.

• No special conference hall: Use of existing UN facilities.
• Minimal office needs : Decentralized employee or volunteer staff working together through Internet.
• Conferences servers hosted at existing UN facilities, running with Free Software, and maintained directly by UNMSP staff.
• Each conference that does not rely on volunteer staff ( president, secretary ) must provide the UNMSP with the corresponding amount required to pay the employee staff.
• Each MSP that does not rely on volunteer staff ( MSP Commissionners ) must provide the UNMSP with the corresponding amount required to pay UNMSP employees affected to this MSP.
