In her speech

stated there were three challenges :
1/ Reduction of the digital divide
2/ Better internet governance
3/ Open Access :
"Open Acces for everybody to knowledge,
I am thinking to education, science and culture, mostly,
is a third challenge".
This is a picture with a flavor of unwilling eccentricity.
Richard Stallman (right) had just broken the leather strap of his shoes, so he was
temporalily without shoes, while a french friend (guess who...)
was going to a shoe repairer.
He was a truely a "barefoot guru" !
